Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Initiating a Return:
Log in to your Ark Shooping account and go to your order history.
Select the order that contains the item you wish to return.
Follow the instructions to initiate a return request.
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged).
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed after it is received by us.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team.
